All crafted specifically for you, not a one size-fits-all program, in a challenging, yet very approachable format. I will guide you to achieve a fitter, faster, leaner, more flexible and better performing body because your body will be a better functioning one. Being a firm believer in what "gets measured, gets improved", setting realistic small goals that are: specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound (S.M.A.R.T) will get you fabulous results! To get there I understand that adopting healthy behavior change is challenging and to help me better understand your "level of readiness for change", which better prepares for strategies in for those setbacks that can cause derailment through self-sabotage. Integrating the principles of the Trans-Theoretical Model of Behavior Change, strategies that have proven more successful in getting clients results, quicker, with less back tracking and keeping you compliant to your plan. 

I offer a "free" in-studio consultation to discuss all your questions, concerns, personal goals and training rates. This also provides a wonderful opportunity to visit with me helping you to determine the best fit for you.
